GABE FELICIANO

Gabe Feliciano - Fine Line & Realism Tattoo Artist in Orlando

Curiosity That Became a Career

Gabe Feliciano didn't plan to become a tattoo artist. In 2010, a friend had a machine and let him use it — and what started as curiosity quickly became an obsession. His background was in charcoal and pencil, and he had the kind of friends who volunteered themselves as canvases. Over time, the hobby stopped being a hobby. Fifteen years later, he's one of the most recognized tattoo artists in Orlando.

In 2023, Orlando Weekly named him Orlando's Best Tattoo Artist. Then he won again in 2024. The first time, he was genuinely caught off guard — the realization that people knew his work and the name he'd been quietly building for years. The second time, it felt like confirmation. He was moving in the right direction. He's grateful for every client who's trusted him along the way, especially in a city with no shortage of serious talent.

The Work: Fine Line, Realism, and the Long Game

Gabe's approach to fine line tattooing is built around one thing: longevity. Detail matters, but so does readability — and the two can work against each other if you're not paying attention. His method accounts for placement, skin type, size, and the relationship between elements in a design. Sometimes that means simplifying where another artist might push further. The goal is a tattoo that holds up for decades, not just looks good on day one.

Right now his focus is on larger projects — realism blended with geometric work, large florals combined with fine line detail. Less interested in fitting into a single category, more interested in creating something timeless and personal while continuing to push himself toward the next level.

Shaped by the Road

Traveling has changed Gabe both as an artist and as a person. Exposure to different places, cultures, and perspectives has deepened his ability to connect with the meaning behind a project — particularly pieces tied to somewhere he's been or something he's experienced firsthand. The people he's met along the way have left as much of a mark as the places themselves, and both find their way into his work.

When he's not tattooing or traveling, Gabe shoots photography. It's where he genuinely disconnects — at work, on the road, or with his family, he's always looking for the right moment to capture. It's the one creative outlet that doesn't feel like work, even though it's fueled by the same eye.
